Today, November 2, 2026, Inission completed the acquisition of Bavaria Digital Technik GmbH (BDT). BDT is an EMS company based in Pfronten, Germany. Through the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares, Inission establishes a presence in the German market and takes another step in its continued expansion in Europe.
The agreement with the insolvency administrator of AD Capital was signed on October 15, 2026. The purchase price amounts to 5.3 MEUR, corresponding to an enterprise value (EV) of 5.8 times the average EBITDA for 2023–2025. The acquisition is financed through an acquisition loan of 2.65 MEUR. The acquisition includes BDT’s property, valued at 3.7 MEUR.
The acquisition will be consolidated into Inission’s accounts as of November 2, 2026.

Bavaria Digital Technik GmbH (BDT) is an EMS company founded in 1969 and based in Pfronten, Germany. The company has approximately 110 employees and a well-diversified customer portfolio in industrial automation, medical technology and energy. In 2025, BDT generated revenue of approximately 20 MEUR and reported EBITDA of 1.25 MEUR. The acquisition is expected to contribute annual revenue of approximately 17 MEUR to Inission. Approximately 110 employees will remain with the business, which operates from company-owned premises.
