The Board of Directors of Inission AB (publ) has resolved that the 2027 Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:
- Date: Tuesday, May 4, 2027
- Time: 5:00 p.m. CEST (Registration of attending shareholders begins at 4:30 p.m. CEST)
- Venue: Värmlands Museum, Sandgrundsudden, Karlstad, Sweden
The notice convening the Annual General Meeting, including the complete agenda and information on how shareholders can participate and vote, will be published in accordance with applicable regulations. Shareholders wishing to submit proposals for resolutions to be considered by the Annual General Meeting must submit a written request to the Board of Directors no later than February 16, 2027.

- Year-end Report 2026: February 26, 2027, at 8:00 a.m. CET. Webcast at 10:00 a.m. CET on the same day.
- Interim Report Q1 2027: May 4, 2027, at 8:00 a.m. CEST. Webcast at 5:00 p.m. CEST on the same day.
- Annual General Meeting: May 4, 2027, at 5:00 p.m. CEST, Värmlands Museum, Karlstad.
- Interim Report Q2 2027: August 26, 2027, at 8:00 a.m. CEST. Webcast at 10:00 a.m. CEST on the same day.
- Interim Report Q3 2027: November 11, 2027, at 8:00 a.m. CET. Webcast at 10:00 a.m. CET on the same day.
