“We continue to develop positively, with solid organic growth and improved profitability. It is particularly encouraging to see Inission Power now achieving a profitability level similar to that of Inission EMS and reporting a positive result for the third consecutive quarter. Order intake is also developing strongly, with a book-to-bill ratio of 1.5, providing us with a good starting point for the coming quarters. Overall, we are positive about the Group’s development,” says Fredrik Berghel, CEO of Inission AB.

During the presentation, Inission’s CEO Fredrik Berghel will comment on the published report and answer questions together with Albin Barnevik from ABG Sundal Collier. The presentation will be held in English.
Q3 2026 compared with Q3 2025:
- Order intake for the third quarter increased to 935.3 MSEK (577.6).
- Net sales amounted to 625.8 MSEK (531.1).
- EBITA amounted to 48.6 MSEK (28.5).
- Operating profit (EBIT) amounted to 47.7 MSEK (27.7).
- Cash flow from operating activities amounted to -3.7 MSEK (3.6).
- Earnings per share before dilution amounted to 1.4 SEK (0.7).
- Earnings per share after dilution amounted to 1.4 SEK (0.7).
Fredrik Berghel, CEO of Inission AB, hereby submits this interim report on November 5, 2026. This interim report has been subject to a limited review by the Group’s auditors. The report has been prepared in a Swedish original and an English translation. In the event of any discrepancies between the two versions, the Swedish version shall prevail. Rounding differences may occur.
