Inission AB (“Inission”) has entered into an agreement to acquire the minority stake of 1.913 percent, corresponding to 9,880 shares, in Inission Norge AS from Olav Sigurd Kvaale. After the acquisition of the minority stake, Inission owns 100 percent of the shares in Inission Norge AS.

The agreement was signed on 29 May 2026. The purchase price for the shares amounts, in accordance with the agreement, to 5.010 MNOK. At closing, payment will be made partly in cash amounting to 2.51 MNOK and partly through newly issued shares corresponding to a value of 2.51 MNOK.

The number of newly issued shares amounts to 36,193 Class B shares. Following the new share issue, the total number of shares in Inission will amount to 23,074,083, of which 2,400,012 are Class A shares and 20,674,071 are Class B shares. Share capital will thereby increase from SEK 960,553 to SEK 962,062. The dilution effect amounts to 0.16 percent.
