The Board of Directors of Inission AB (publ) has decided that the Annual General Meeting 2026 will be held as follows:
- Date: Thursday, May 7, 2026
- Time: 17:00 (Registration of attending shareholders begins at 16:30)
- Venue: Värmlands Museum, Sandgrundsudden, Karlstad
The notice to the Annual General Meeting, including the complete agenda and information on how shareholders may participate and vote, will be published in accordance with applicable regulations. Shareholders wishing to submit proposals for matters to be addressed by the AGM must submit a written request to the Board of Directors no later than March 3, 2026.
Financial calendar 2026:
• Year-end report: February 19, 2026, at 22:30 CET
• Interim report January – March: May 6, 2026, at 22:30 CET
• Annual General Meeting: May 7, 2026, Värmlands Museum, Karlstad, at 17:00 CET
• Interim report April – June: August 25, 2026, at 22:30 CET
• Interim report July – September: November 5, 2026, at 22:30 CET
