Inission AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Inission”) announced on 11 April 2025 that Nasdaq Stockholm’s listing committee had resolved to approve the Company’s application for admission to trading of the Company’s Class B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market. Today, 28 April 2025, trading in the Company’s Class B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm commences.

“We became a public company on June 10, 2015. Now, almost ten years later, we are finally taking the step up to the top division with our listing on the Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market. We have had this ambition from the very beginning, and our years on Nasdaq First North have been a valuable learning period. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all Inission employees for the time and dedication that have made it possible for us to reach this milestone. I would also like to thank our advisors who have supported us throughout the process. Together, we have built a stronger, safer, and more sustainable company, well equipped to meet the higher standards required by the main market. Being listed on the main market is a mark of quality that strengthens our ability to attract international investors. The increased visibility is also expected to lead to higher trading volume, narrower spreads, and lower volatility,” says Fredrik Berghel, CEO of Inission AB.

The Company’s Class B shares will continue to trade under the unchanged ticker (INISS B) and ISIN code (SE0016275069). Shareholders in Inission do not need to take any action in connection with the listing transfer.

For complete information regarding the listing transfer, please refer to the prospectus prepared by Inission (only in Swedish) and approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). The prospectus is published on the Company’s website (www.inissiongroup.com) and is also available on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website.
