Inission AB (publ) has on 28 February 2026 received a major shareholding notification from Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension, reg. no. 516401-6775 (“Avanza Pension”).
According to the notification, Avanza Pension on 27 February 2026 reduced its shareholding in Inission AB (publ) so that the holding falls below 5 percent of the total number of shares and votes in the company.
Following the transaction, the total shareholding in Inission AB amounts to 1,150,695 shares, corresponding to 4.99479 percent of the company’s share capital and 2.57784 percent of the voting rights.
