The composition of the Nomination Committee has been determined in accordance with the instructions adopted at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. This means that three members have been appointed by the three largest shareholders in terms of voting power, according to the share register as of August 31, 2025. The Nomination Committee ahead of the 2026 Annual General Meeting consists of the following members:
- Olle Hulteberg, representing IFF Konsult AB,
- Christian Holm Nilsen, representing FBM Consulting AB and appointed by Fredrik Berghel,
- Jacob Jonmyren, representing Wingefors depå fyra AB and appointed by Lars Wingefors.
Olle Hulteberg is also Chairman of the Board of Inission AB.
The Nomination Committee shall prepare proposals for the 2026 Annual General Meeting regarding the Chairman of the Meeting, members of the Board of Directors and auditors, as well as remuneration to the Board, the committees, and the auditor.
Shareholders wishing to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so in writing via e-mail to olle.hulteberg@inission.com. To enable the Nomination Committee to consider a proposal, it must be received well in advance of the notice to the Annual General Meeting.
